The driver was very easy to find in Auckland airport. Friendly and helpful. He explained our journey and offered toilet stops on route. It was a great, safe no stress way to get where we wanted with 24 hr jet lag.

Being met by a friendly face and guided to transport vehicle at the airport The only downside was the delay in having to wait 3/4 hour for a pick up at a hotel. Maybe those reservations need to have a parameter eg 'be available from 7am even though pick up maybe 7.30am'

The drive to airport on 19th October was excellent, I cant remember the driver's name. Pickup was on time and trip enjoyable. Return trip 31st October (David) was not so enjoyable. Delay in leaving that could have been better organised, and because of this, traffic had built up and a stop for food was missed. A toilet stop was offered at Paeroa. I felt the trip took much longer than it should have, as I was told latest leaving time was 4.30pm. I got home at 9pm.

Harry the driver was polite and helpful I'm an experienced truck driver he did a fantastic job considering one pickup was in an awkward spot out of waihi down a narrow country driveway with trees hanging out he stopped walked down and lugged the heavy suitcase from quite a distance then having to back out..top marks the also sang hallelujah on the way being a tenor it was beautiful.

The driver's is very nice and kind this time than last time.

My first time to use Luxury Airport Service as they had a special $99 each way to Auckland international Airport from Hamilton. Service was excellent and estimated time of pick up was very accurate
