Purchased Win 10 Pro key, delivered in seconds. It failed to update the first time (the email sent says it might) but then you need to try again and then restart PC as it will then do a system update and when its done that - Hey Win 10 Pro installed :)

Bought Windows 10. Was advised by Softwarepal that if offline activation didn't work (it didn't - it said my copy of Win 10 was already registered to another computer but you can ignore this) to follow the instructions to phone microsoft's activation hotline and do it that way. Phoned and activation was quick and hassle-free. Happy with my purchase and with a big discount on the official price.

Specifically Drake I was first apprehensive to allow remote desk topping as im a tech person myself and am aware of all the information available to the viewer. However Drake fixed the issue very quickly and assured me that everything was safe. The software used also has a manual disconnect for added security. My issue was fixed very quickly and promptly with brilliant customer support. Not only that but the product itself was drastically reduced from the market price.
