Bought windows 10 loaded and worked first time

Had issues loading it up, so next day the adviser said he can sort it through Team viewer, he got it sorted and also wiped my full computer and couldn't help me any further (basically he was clicking alsorts on my computer and wiped it fully) they say im that 1% that it can happen to? now they are saying no Refund, KEEP WELL AWAY Now uninstallled and refused an refund
