I needed a Win 10 Home edition to install on a friends 10yr old PC as his Win 7 was corrupted beyond repair. I was unable to down load another Win 7 from MS because it is no longer supported. I also tried a Win8 that I had but was unable to find a way to download Win8.1 to upgrade it; so I gave up that path and decided to buy a new Win10. As I searched the internet, I found this company in the UK. The purchase and download was smooth. Their instructions are also very accurate and easy to follow. I contacted their tech support twice via chat and each time my questions were quickly answered by a savvy tech guy, Jason and another person. The only problem I had was the laptop Bios, which was set to Rapid Boot so the laptop would not boot from the Flash Drive. Once I figured out this was the problem by carefully reading their instructions and reset it to Regular boot the install went very smoothly. I highly recommend this company. Very well run and they strive for customer satisfaction. I will buy again in the future.

Very helpful. first off I couldn't install Windows 10 software on my laptop after downloading because the laptop died. But they put a credit on my account so I could purchase something else. After purchasing another laptop, I had issues installing Microsoft Office 2019 but the adviser at Softwarepal took control of my laptop by remote and sorted the issue out for me. Much better than trying to explain it to me in email messages.. So all in all I would definitely recommend this company, MS Office Store and Softwarepal advisers.

Received my Win 10 Pro license on the confirmation page after order, and by email. Instructions on the email were clear, and the key worked perfectly, following the instructions. I'm very happy with my purchase! The only criticism I have is some grammar issues on the email / web pages. Otherwise all good!

Due to having to change my motherboard and losing my original Windows 10 product key for Windows 10, I was looking to pick up a new windows 10 license. Saw MSOfficeStore offering Windows 10 digital license at a great price (£35) and almost thought it was too good to be true. I can only lavish praise on the work Charles did to help me get my programme downloaded. It was extremely difficult due to a stubborn uninstall of an old Office programme which had to be removed before the new one could be installed. Charles was extremely patent, polite and very knowledgeable find his way around the rather sluggish old laptop I use. If I could, I would give him an extra 5 stars. Was a little dubious about ordering from this site, however i was really impressed. The windows 10 key came through straight away. I followed the instructions carefully and when asked to enter the key it was accepted. Windows does take a long time to download and install but no fault of Softwarepal as the link to download is direct from Microsoft. Thank you. Will be looking at ordering Office too.
