Really easy, quick and inexpensive way to upgrade from my Windows 7 Home to 10 Excellent!

I needed windows 10 home and not for a price where I would go broke. Completely worth it and helped me a lot. Great site and would definitely use again.

Super fast! I was little confused about their license but it works first time without any error. Very fast service and helpdesk was awesome! Charles helped me from the start to end.

As many people my age, the language used for software technology is not relatable to us. I and many of my friends near my age do not understand the terminology (It's a whole new language!) I am afraid I was a real chalenge to your staff - because I wanted to try to keep a little relavent. Most of my friends have just given up. Your staff stayed with me, and kept helping a person that understood none of the techie terms. They were saints! I am sure they went home with headaches, but they were always polite and never gave up - and 100% professional. Believe it or not, I worked for a Major Bank for 15 years, testing that program changes worked before they were installed and could adversely affect customers. Now that I have retired I have not been able to keep up. God bless your patient staff - you can not pay them enough!

Would give many more stars if available choice! They went so far beyond my expectations it is and was amazing. They listened and fixed a problem that I didn't know could be fixed. Could not recommend them highly enough!

Online help for MS Office related issues. When my Son got the screen of death the team were able to assist and be on hand to help with any questions he had. Were able to provide Windows update downloads at very competitive prices.

They did very well with my issue and got me fixed in 5 mins. The rep was knowledgeable and professional.

Fantastic I brought a windows 10 home key and misspelled my email address but it was soon sorted out and i got my key. Brilliant support

I was a bit apprehensive about some of the software key websites, and opted to pay more for what seemed to be a more reputable company. Unfortunately, being an idiot, I purchased a key for the wrong version of Windows (Home not Pro). Within 20 minutes of my first incorrect order, I had contacted customer service, who had sent a PayPal request for the difference (Pro is more expensive) and then the key was delivered and worked perfectly. 10/10

Excellent service, thank you. I had a glitch with anti-virus blocking the installing of Office but it was all sorted straightaway via online chat and I'm now up and running. Highly recommend.
