United States | 02 May 2018Call rail is the back bone of my company, we absolutely love the reporting and the white labeling allows us to deliver reports directly to our clients. We have all the proof we need and can quickly show our clients the ROI on every campaign they are doing. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is for a lack of some integration we’d like to have. We use Typeforms for all of our forms on websites and CallRail has no way to integrate so that we can use the from tracking. I would love to see the integration implemented so we can provide the form tracking for our clients on one dashboard and report.

United Kingdom | 02 May 2018I've tried a few similar companies and once I'd tried CallRail I knew I didn't need to try any more. The features on offer, the price and the support are all great, I'm genuinely happy and will not be switching to another company! If anything could be changed to improve the service, I'd like to see PayPal as a payment method, or the ability to pay in GBP instead of USD. Other than that, I can't fault it.

The UI is very simple, API is easy to work with, and their customer service has been great. I only wish they had a better user management system, but it is a small ask compared to everything else that is superior to their competition.

I have about 10 phone numbers that I use and it is extremely helpful when it comes to managing all the calls. I am very satisfied with the service and price. I would definitely recommend.

United States | 01 May 2018I was using a previous call tracking system, and switched to call rail a year ago. It’s a very well run system, and good support with the site if you need it. Also, very easy to add and change your tracking phone numbers for marketing. I would highly recommend this!
