The reason I stick to CallRail is I run an advertising agency called Planet Marketing. I am able to prove to my clients that phone calls are coming in, in addition to leads via email. Also, since Call Rail comes with 5 call forwarding numbers, I can use them for 5 different clients.

CallRail is a robust & dynamic call tracking system. One area that can be improved is creating more options for call reports.

Seems unclear exactly how it works, b/c I know I am getting calls that aren't appearing on it.

The call recording and call scribe are a huge help to our clients who want to ensure they are providing the best in customer service. The whisper feature is a great for those clients who have multiple campaigns with different numbers all running at the same time.
