When my item arrived the volume knobs weren't centred making recall difficult. The unit was new so I asked about getting a new unit to replace it and I was told I'd get a reply from another department with options in a day. It's been 3 business days now and no word about it though I've been emailing my one point of contact daily. I then get told that someone has emailed with instructions on how to open it up and fix it. Not really what I wanna be doing but I think OK if it's easy then why not. Check my inbox and junk folder and nothing, no email. I then email back again asking for this email of how to fix it. Still waiting. I've had the unit now for one week. Not feeling over confident in Studiocare right now but I'm hoping it'll turn around.

Bought two bose s1 pro speakers.brilliant service.delivered really quickly.1 minor thing the second one i ordered a month later was 40 pounds more.didnt realise inflation moved that quickly.still really satisfied with the service though.
