I called and asked some questions about the item and was told that they'll double check on it to make sure I got the right answers. Then had an email back quickly with precisely what I needed. I then ordered it that day, on the 21st December at 1pm. It arrived the following morning at 10am! It was brilliantly packed and I'm a very very happy customer. I definitely recommend Studio Care and will use them again without doubt.

That was last Thursday. Believe it or not: this morning (on Monday) I already received my package. The packaging was well taken care of and the microphone is great. Thank you! Would buy again from you.

United Kingdom | 09 October 2020Ordered an audio interface, got an e-mail a few hours later checking if I was ok with waiting (1-2 weeks, but was undefined) for delivery because item was out of stock (which wasn't displayed on the website). Replied, got a quick refund. Took 3 days for the money to be back into my bank account though. Fortunately it wasn't an expensive device, because I needed it urgent so I could just purchase the same device somewhere else and wait for the money to be back. I'd say customer service ok but wouldn't order again.

I ended up purchasing an SSL Fusion and to my surprise the shipping was extremely fast (DHL I believe?), customer service was excellent, and as stated, price was great. I see a few negative post on here so I'm not sure what to make of that however, my experience was nothing short of excellent. I'd happily purchase from them again. Hoping my next experience is the same as before. Thanks again.

United Kingdom | 18 September 2020Ordered a very expensive microphone from them that was left outside my property by the courier. When I went to collect it, it had gone. Contacted UPS and Studiocare. Even reported it to the police. Studiocare are the most unhelpful and ignorant company I’ve had the displeasure to use. Sent several emails (even to the Managing Director) no reply, asked for a replacement or refund, no reply. Luckily had paid by Amex so was able to get a chargeback.

United Kingdom | 05 August 2020Wanted to buy the Yamaha SP1000 wooden side panels for my Yamaha DM1000, didn't think it would be possible due to the age of the mixer (16 years old). Studiocare came through for me, and were able to obtain them! They kept me well informed of the 2/3 week wait which was absolutely fine. I will now exclusively use Studiocare for all my studio requirements. I can't thank them enough. Extremely highly recommended.

United Kingdom | 02 May 2020Bought a supposedly Audiophile valve from this lot. It arrived unbranded in a plain white box, unlike every other valve of the same brand I have bought over the years. Plugged it in and it died after 30 seconds. I had to pay to ship it back to get a refund and even though they sent me a pile of junk they didn’t refund me in full. Have questioned them but have not received any reply. My experience has been that this company’s ethics are dubious and their returns staff are without class. It stinks of used car salesmen. Will definitely not buy from Studiocon again.

I would pick Studiocare over Thomann any day of the week! (Thomann are terrible! I feel like I need to add this to every review as they're truly abysmal and yet they are many peoples default to shop from)
