Bought a Prophet 6 synthesiser. There was dust and scratches on the synth and the serial number on the synth didn’t match the serial number on the box. They tried selling me a used item and pass it off as new. Returned for a refund. No apology given. Can’t be trusted. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

I buy quite a lot of audio equipment from various sites, and this was my first time ordering from Studiocare, the Aston Halo arrived quickly and as expected, but it didn't perform in the way I had hoped. I requested a return and refund, and was provided with instructions to do so and a RMA number, and sent it back successfully with proof of delivery on the 17th of May. I emailed a few days after to check on progress of the refund, and got no response back. A week after, with no response, called the sales teams and was assured that my refund was next in line and would be with me in the next 1-2 days. Now a week later I have yet to have received the refund and am extremly disappointed and concerned. I would not recommend purchasing from here after this experience.

I think they should indicated whether or not items are in stock before they allow people to buy them and then have to issue a refund

I was looking for a pair of Audio Technica ATH-E50 iems and Studiocare had some at a really great price. I ordered them late afternoon and paid for next day delivery and they were delivered the following morning. I had regular email updates on my order and delivery from Studiocare and UPS which was great. Really happy with my headphones and with my shopping experience with Studiocare, would happily reccomend.

Hi I ordered a pair of JBL control one pros in white.They were delivered a day early very well packed.I have used these as my front surround speakers they sit on top of my tannoy 607s.And i also use a pair of control ones speakers as rear surround that sit on my rear tannoy 607s.The sound they produce is really clean and can handle high volume.The staff are really friendly and helpful i will buy equipment from studiocare in the future.
