I was able to apply and get the amount I needed to pay my Pet's, Ruki, bill the same day , while I was waiting for them to finish her treatments. the process was easy to follow, and was done in minutes, and they forwarded the credit amount to the Vet, as soon as the amount was approved, and the Vet had no problem placing the charges against the account. everything went smoothly, and the auto payments were easy, and the early payoff without penalty was great.

Scratchpay is easy to use and simple. They also offer a promo if you're eligible. I appreciate how straightforward the platform is compared to other payment portals. I also love the text and email reminders! They do not bombard you. My only issue is that the promo was slightly misleading and confusing, but thanks to customer service, they clarified it. Make sure to read the terms and conditions. I am grateful to have had the option when an emergency medical bill for my pet came up. I don't think I would have wanted any other service provider. Looking forward to seeing how they grow and expand the platform. Highly suggest.

Scratch pay is the best.

I learned about scratch pay sitting in a Veterinary Hospital as my puppy was being admitted into the ICU. I was distraught and did not know how I was going to pay for her care that she desperately needed. Once I was told about scratch pay, I was able to apply for the loan in the vet office (for an amount that was more than I actually needed), I was approved, and the hospital got notification of my loan all within in 10/15 minutes. Afterward I was able to easily get setup on their app to make my payments. I will forever love scratchpay for helping me give my little girl the care she needed at a time that I was unable to pay. Koda is happy and healthy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Please update the website. The link that is sent to remind you about your automatic payment sends you to a screen that wants a new application. That is NOT where one pays their bill. Very Very user UN-Friendly. Once I called scratch pay he gave me the website to pay my bill in full. I had a difficult time understanding the Customer Service Rep. Had to have him repeat constantly. Nice man but too hard to understand. Love the company that helps with my pet.
