I was impressed by his attention to detail and his desire to discuss both the context and history of my complaint. The proposed resolution was shared and agreed which meant that I could acquire a very much needed prescription out of hours at a weekend. The neatly pre-emptied my alternative of waiting several days before I could access my own GP.

They suggested other pain relief and refunded the payment as the pain medication is the only one that works for me.
