An extremely easy app to set up and use. The GP was very compassionate and professional. Exceptional service overall. After trying out a private GP, via tapGP, I am left wondering if there is any benefit to visiting my own NHS GP where the service and quality feels so much lower. Based on my consultation this time, for £29, if I need to see a GP in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use tapGP again.

Great service, on time appointment, doctor very attentive Prescription picked up at my local pharmacy all within the hour.😁 Such a change from my NHS doctors surgery waiting on the phone for hour to finally get through only to be told by the receptionist there are no available appointments, if your lucky in a weeks time.😡

I wish I knew about this service before now!! I researched late last night. Downloaded app. Registered details which was very very easy and quick! Chose an appointment time same day. Appointment was right on time. The Dr listened to me sincerely and wasn't rushed in the slightest. He took my concerns on board. Gave advice and plenty of reasurrance!!! Made a prescription for my little one which was available within 5 mins. Went pharmacy and collected it using the code. Absolutely fantastic service and I would definitely use again!!! This service is fantastic especially when Drs surgeries are closed on a weekend. Highly highly recommend!!! Thank you TapGp and the lovely Dr who saw my child today!!!

The doctor we saw was brilliant. He listened to everything we said and asked informed incisive questions to try to make an accurate diagnosis. Most importantly we felt he was a man who really cared. He empathised with the pain and distress we are feeling. He really wanted to help us. He was outstanding. We truly wish he were our GP.

Next day appointment on a Saturday. Doctor was on time and very understanding and helpful giving me the prescription I needed. Would highly recommend the service.

Very easy access with the app and a straightforward booking system. The GP was very kind and took time to listen to my symptoms and concerns. He made a considered diagnosis and my prescription arrived 5 minutes later. Fabulous service.

App easy to use , was able to get appointment the same day with a choice of times to suit me . Doctor rang on time and issued prescription for mouth pain which required antibiotics. He was very thorough and asked me many questions and gave me advice going forward. I am very happy with the service I received. I couldn’t wait to get an appointment with my doctor and £29 was a small price to pay for the road to recovery. This is the 2nd time I have used them and will definitely use them again should it be necessary. Highly recommend.

I used tapGP as I was tight for time and knew I had a possible infection. I had a same day video appointment with an GP who was extremely helpful and thorough and was able to get a prescription within an hour. The only negative I would give and the reason for only 4* is down to the cost being very high in my opinion.

Excellent better than waiting for 2 hours in A&E under the NHS. Willing recommend highly for non life threatening issues that need quick attention.

The doctor got straight to the point of the call and although the calls are only 10 minutes it never felt like anything was being rushed. I was only asked questions that were relevant to my issue and by the end of the call I was issued a prescription for the very thing I've been trying to get on the NHS for over 2 years.

Got an appointment same day. Really efficient. GP knowledgeable and very kind.
