Appointment with 16yr old son, Dr was very condescending to me and my son, not letting me go through all symptoms before telling me these were separate issues and no Dr can address more than one per appointment even though, had I been able to finish in our mind these symptoms we're all related to one issue!!! Dr got stuck on a obvious stomach issue route advising for tests I already knew about and could have easily asked for, totally missing the point that we think it's a anxiety/ issue driving all the problems as I gave up explaining our thoughts , and let him question my son confuse him and come to conclusions that I could have come to myself! Left appointment no further forward and frustrated for my son and a waste money!

Very good thorough, questioning from a very nice GP. You feel really listened too. Very convenient if you feel you need medical expertise quickly. It expensive as you pay for everything, the appointment, the national prescription charge and the full cost of the product. But alleviating pain in a such a kind environment made it worth it for me.

Tried to book an appointment with my GP for past week with no luck. Found TapGp via google as I was getting desperate cos not getting any better. Registration on app was easy and had an appointment booked within the hour. Lovely GP who really listened to me, very kind man and who went well over the allocated time. He DID have to contact my GP to get some tests into motion but that was all smooth too. Was then given an emergency appointment to my GP later that day, - because of the tests required - which would NOT have happened if not for this service. It's a sad sign of the times that I had to pay but I would do it all again and I'm sure I will be using TapGp again. 10/10! Thank you!

First private GP appointment. Can’t believe how easy it was - was excellent. Very understanding and empathetic. I can’t thank him enough for the appointment. The reassurance and advice was brilliant along with the referral and prescription - I’m now on my road to recovery! I’ll be using this service if needed from now on

I was feeling awful and unable to get a gp apt, I used Tap GP as my husband had used them and they were brilliant. Apt was quick and GP was great explaining what I could have etc and he issued a prescription that I was able to pick up from Boots. Fabulous service. Great GP. Week after antibiotics feeling much better with just a bit of congestion left which I hope will resolve over the coming days. Thank goodness for TapGp!
