I had visited my own GP 10 days ago and was given a prescription which our pharmacy couldnt get hold of. I spent 5 days going back and fourth waiting for it to be sorted but my health deteriorated. I tried to get in to see my GP again but they had no appointments and advised me to go to a walk in centre. I felt really poorly so searched online and found tapGP. It was so easy, I just downloaded the app, went through security then booked a telephone consultation for the same morning. The GP was thorough and sent me a link for a prescription. One of the items was not available due to manufacturing issues so I took a photograph of the chemist's alternative and emailed it over. Within a few hours I had a prescription for the alternative medication. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Very pleased with the service. Easy to use and had option to book an appointment for the same day or next day. Spoke to a nice doctor who diagnosed the problem and issued an electronic prescription. I highly recommend the service, especially for people who want to save the hassle of not being able to book appointments at their own surgeries.

Had an appointment earlier today, doctor was on time, he listened and we discussed thoroughly my issue. Then he suggested a remedy with a back up remedy if the first one doesn’t work. Prescription came through immediately and boots processed. Highly recommend.

i had an ear infection in my left ear. Our local GP didn't have any availability untill January. I had an appointment booked with 4 hours and got a prescription which I picked up with 30 min of my appointment. The GP I saw was lovely and I felt I wasn't rushed.
