United Kingdom | 07 June 2023Booked and paid for an appointment. Stated the reason as needing a certain medication prescribing. TapGP then contacted me to say their clinicians can’t prescribe that medication and offered cancellation and refund. No reason given. I replied to ask why they can’t prescribe it. They replied and said because they aren’t experts in that area. Therefore the appointment was cancelled and refunded. Two stars because it was easy to book, otherwise would have been one star. Particularly because I had to ask the reason. Should say up front what their limitations are. Extremely disappointing. There was no ‘sorry’ or ‘apologies’ on the correspondence which is dreadful customer service.

United Kingdom | 07 June 2023I had a phone call with a Dr, straight away got to the issue at hand. No having to phone the GP 300x to try to get through for an appointment. Dr gave me reassurance that it wasn’t a “sinister concern” and issued me a prescription which I collected 10mins later. I’m all for the NHS! But purely on convenience, I think I’ll stick to TapGP
