I got an appointment within 2 hours by video link. Lovely nurse practitioner, who was very friendly & professional. He was very thorough & I felt respected & listened to. Would not hesitate to use this service again .

Very good experience. Having been unable to book an appt with my usual GP surgery I managed to get appt booked with tapGP same afternoon as I submitted my request. Technology worked perfectly, video consultation very pleasant, managed to obtain a referral letter to a Gastroenterologist within an hour of my appointment. Great service, great doctors

I needed medical advice while on holidays. I made the booking at 6am. I found the app easy to use and the verification process was quick. By 9:30am I had spoken to a very professional clinician. My condition required antibiotics so a prescription was issued to a local chemist. I would use tapGP again

The doctor was kind and helpful. When we lost signal, he made sure we regained contact. His advice and meds worked. We had the same doctor on 2 consecutive days.

Prompt and easy to arrange, but reluctant to prescribe anti biotics to clear a sinusitis issue. Was prescribed a hay-fever steroid which did nothing and I went ahead with NHS booked appointment four days later to be given anti biotics. Moral of the story is wait for the NHS, they prescribe a solution and this lot may be quick to talk to you, but that's all they seem to offer - talk
