Quick, efficient and kind service. Very detailed explanation as well. The prescribed medication works miracles! I am so grateful for the doctor ( I wish I could remember his name). My own gp and also urgent care couldn't help and I had to suffer from a painful skin condition for months without relief. I am now hopefully on the road to recovery. Thank you!

Very quick to get an appointment, easy to set up and process and was very happy with the diagnosis and my daughter getting what she needed quickly. only downfall is the cost of the prescription at the other end.

I would’ve give 5 stars for the gp service because he was very knowledgeable and helpful and he gave me a prescription with a stronger anti inflammatory but I have gave 4 starts because he told me I can pick my prescription from any pharmacy except Tesco and I went to Asda and they told me I can collect the prescription just from Well, Boots or Lloyds. The city were I leave is a small city and all this are closed at 8pm and I still stay with the pain until tomorrow. But except this fact I recommend this app for all the people who struggle to get a gp appointment or they don’t receive any treatment from A&E as this was happened to me.
