United States | 05 January 2017The call center staff has some very friendly and warm people, who obviously want to help. However, the process is extremely slow. It took me almost 5 days to be able to see my account on online banking. It has been several weeks since the account has been opened and I still cannot link my external checking account to my savings account. I would like very much to use the account, however, the process is so slow that I almost tempted to simply close the account and find another institution that is a little more speedy in its execution. Again, the customer service people are tremendously friendly and helpful and the institution seems very genuine, but my experience, at least at this point, has been less than stellar.

She was polite , efficient and took care of my question . It is so wonderful and so refreshing in today,s busy world , to call a company and get a real person, not a recording ! That was closed earlier this month. I don't remember giving you this account info a few days ago when thrivent is telling me the emergency account was opened. Dec 27 the.

United States | 27 December 2016At first I thought I was going to be charged for anytime I took money out but that's not the case at all. It's easy once it's set up. Easy way to save and an easy way to get it back when you need it. Just remember it takes about 3 days to transfer back to your account.

I am teaching my daughter the same money values passed on to me from my father.
