Applying and filling out the paperwork was easy, my only complaint is that it was not made explicitly clear how to get online and begin making deposits into our account.

Everyone I talked to from the beginning to the end of my final approval, were exceptionally wonderful. The nurse who came to my home called ahead of time, and was most delightful in every way. She was a very positive person. Please do not let me to forget, the rate that I was quoted at the very beginning of the process, was the rate at my final approval. The rate with this company, was much less than the one from which Dave Ramsey highly recommends. It pays to shop around. Not all insurance companies are created equal.

The process to get disability was quick at first and then very slow. I applied online so didn't have a representative but when I would email the account manager it would take days to get a response. I wish that the process had been a little more transparent. It was decent service.

Some of the steps to join credit union and create account are a bit confusing. Bank routing number should be found in account details along with one's account number.

Ambiguous setup, but good rate and interface. Setting up the account was a little weird. I couldn't tell if I was even accepted because the language was not clear. Setting up an account online took a few tries because of that. Once set up everything was smooth.

Brightpeak was thoroughly professional, responded swiftly, and provided excellent service. I was extremely impressed with the application process.
