So far this has been a great blessing to jump-starting emergency savings and a pathway to financial peace.

I was going to sign up and was pretty excited until I put I am not a Christian nor am I the spouse of a Christian. This only for Christians, so anyone who is not has to figure something else out. I think that is pretty discriminatory.

Although we already had savings set up, I think this is a great program to help people get their emergency savings set up with great hints. I've only been working with Brightpeak financial, but no complaints so far.

The phone operators were polite and helpful. The rates were fare. The nurse that came to my home was pleasant and efficient.

I love this bank. I was referred to this bank by PennyHoader while completing a savings challenge. It was super easy to sign up for and the website and app are very easy to follow.

I was a little skeptical about opening a savings account here being that I found out about it through The Penny Hoarder facebook page. And my skepticism only grew worse when I realised I had to open some random credit account (which at first I didnt understand why) but then realised it made sense because they record your savings which helps improve your credit score if its low or establish it etc. Then yet again my skepticism grew because I had no idea how to view my account. There is no app. Theres a website. Each bit of skepticism was solved when I called the customer service number. Their agents are well trained on how to talk to people and explain little and big details. I set up a plan to save a certain amount of money, and Im glad I did because I didnt even notice it getting taken out of my account. Some days I even forget I have the account. And after a good amount of time making those deposits, not only am I saving my own money, they also add money to my account to reward me for saving. Im gkad I found this hidden treasure. I did rate it 4 stars because of the bursts of skepticism I went through. In any case, thanks Penny Hoarder 👍

From day one speaking to one of the employees of this company I felt welcome! The gentleman was very considerate got back to me in a timely matter and was very tentative. He got me set up with my phone interview and immediately following I was set up with my physical and the nurse that came out to my home was very nice also. I would most definitely recommend this company to someone else.

I loved the offer to help me set an emergency fund. Unfortunately, the connection between all of the "set up" questions in brightpeak don't transfer to actual set up on the new account with Thrivent. You still have to set up the transfers and account connections yourself. Perhaps there should not be any questions regarding the automatic transfers/deposits since Brightpeak has nothing to do with them. Hoping that I still get the reward!

I have only positive things to say about Brightpeak. I would recommend them to anyone.

I just worry about if something happens to me you have some find print in the policy and I will be left hung out to dry

I started a Emergency Savings account with Brightpeak Financial. Been with them for about 6 months now and have been really impressed by them. I really enjoyed that they use digital signatures instead of having loads of paper flying everywhere.

Their challenge was more like a blog email but the information was good but when you already doing what the email says then what do you do?
