Although I love that having the savings account gives a free membership to brightpeak, I haven't found any resources I would really want without the bank account. Seems like a great company though!

It was easy to approach Brightpeak financial since the beginning... They were really open and send me all of the paperwork electronically.Of course I haven't use the long time disability insurance that I bought from them but in regards to the process they were great and I hope that the are honest because they seem totally honest on the phone. They also gave me great pricing for the same policy compared to other 2 companies that I researched...

My application is complete, and is what I asked for - though I literally heard nothing through the process. I was contacted about the medical exam, however, when I called for an update, I got routed to the underwriters voice mail and never heard anything from them, a couple of months later I was issued a policy - though I am not sure they have actually set up a schedule for payment... so, in the end I have what I wanted, but dont seem to have many details, nor a physical copy of my policy...

The process was relatively easy. As one who has a fixed and limited income, I found it to be idea for saving a small amount at a time. Having a separate account that isn't easily accessible is also good because I can;t easily withdraw from it. I am a new customer that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I haven;t had enough experience to give a complete and thorough rating.
