United States | 19 April 2017Pricing was good. The examiner was great. I was not told their were only two payment options COM/ANL. Dillon does not have a friendly demeanor over the phone. He comes across like OK this is my job and i'll do it. He needs to wear a smile and show more interest in the customer. 3 Stars I left a message and ask if and or when a policy was going to be US Mailed or would it be sent by email attachment.

United States | 18 April 2017My name is Lori and I am now a member with Bright Peak Financial. My agent Clint is terrific, informative, caring, patient and is always there for me at anytime. The policy premiums I have gotten with Bright Peak were wonderful! it worked for my budget and my needs and I am a single mother and was able to get a Term Life Policy and a Disability Policy. The process was easy and I was approved in 7 days give or take a day or two thats it!. Qualifying was much easier than I ever thought especially me being 49yrs old as of this review. I am so glad I found this company and my agent. I am more than thankful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will not leave I am here to stay!

United States | 17 April 2017When I received my insurance policy it had an escalating benefit and payment schedule that I had explicitly said I did not want. Had to call customer service (who seemed to be very confused). They wanted me to sign that policy acceptance and then call back to have it changed. I declined and they eventually agreed to send me a corrected policy which I have not received.

I like the fact that Brightpeak is a Christian company. Are there more ways you could spread the gospel to what I'm sure is a large client base? Do you have offices in Virginia or Washington DC??
