I recently contacted softenergeeks due to an issue I had when I moved house and set up my softener in my new property.I spoke to a chap called Mark who replied very quickly and sent through some helpful video clips to resolve my problem. We have owned our softener for 5years and it is guaranteed for 7 it developed a leak, and using the exploding diagram supplied to identify parts I called and spoke to Mark. He was able send out the seals I required and directed me to the YouTube videos that I needed for the repair. It was a quick job to do after watching the video and we were back working in no time and didn’t have to send the unit off. I cannot recommend Softenergeeks enough as for me the true test of a company and it’s service is how well problems and dealt with. My problem was dealt with in a friendly and professional way. Water softener not using the salt. Rang and spoke to Mark who correctly identified the problem, referred me their excellent video on this particular problem. All done - without the usual call out charge we have come to expect from appliance engineers. THANK YOU for your great service.

I have had a water softener for a few years with no problems. Machine wasn't working properly as had a power cut and settings went wrong. Called up and spoke to a lovely man called Mark. He was so helpful. Spent 30 mins on the phone with me talking through how to reset. What great service. Machine now up and running again. Thank you Mark and Softener Geeks.

I bought a water softener from Softenergeeks just under 5 years ago and it was perfect until recently. As if had a 7 year warranty I emailed the company to see if they could help me out. Mark emailed me back several times to sort out the issue and also asked for my mobile number so as he could sort out the problem a lot quicker (as he is in England and I’m in Ireland). The softener is up and running now snd I’ll have to say that my dealings with Mark were excellent. He was extremely efficient and courteous in our dealings. Bought softener 3 years ago developed a fault which was completely mine spoke to Mark about it we then got cut off but he had the decency to call back straight away and spent at least 40 minutes running through any faults and resetting softener problem solved, what a gent far and few left unfortunately but would recommend them anytime, thanks mark.

Ordered a Softener from this company years ago, good product and a super good price, had one glitch with the electronic timer after arround a month probably due to a power cut halfway thru a regen, one call to them sorted my problem over the phone, great support. highly recommended

I have owned a Water Softener purchased from SoftenerGeeks for about three years now. The other day I noticed that it was not working correctly. 15 minutes after I send a query to the Softener Geeks team I received a call taking me through what the issue may be and how to resolve, less than 30 minutes later all back up and running as it should. The issue encountered is what all Water Softeners no matter what price suffer from, but I doubt any other company has such fantastic customer service and would take the time to contact so quickly. Would absolutely recommend Softener Geeks for anybody looking to purchase a softener.
