The softener is exactly as required, at a good price and arrived quickly. The after sales support team are helpful and respond quickly. The softener itself looks to be well built and so far is working as expected.

Blue line softener with electronic control valve bought as replacement for worn out (other make) 15 year old unit. Installed using existing 1/2" pipework, isolator valves hoses etc up and running in less than an hour. All working very well.

Very good service. Needed a little extra help/advice to set up which I got over the phone with no problem.
