I had a problem with our water softener. I did not know where the problem was and had the unit less than a year. A great response from Softenergeeks who asked a number of questions which led to identifying the problem. They supplied a parts breakdown and told me how where to look. It was easy to resolve i could do it myself. There is a control hole in a piece like a thick rubber washer which had become blocked. An easy thing to clean. It is now back up and running. Thank you for all your help.
