Great comms from company that make you feel valued. Hopefully will not need the warranty that is promised. We are in a very hard water area and after a week, pleased to report that that the visible signs of scale on taps, basins and showers have gone.

I’m no water softener expert but this little bit of kit has changed my life! We live in a very hard water area and since installing it we no longer have horrid limescale build up on the taps, in the loo etc., and having a shower or bath is a much nicer experience! It’s small, neat and I’ve never heard it making any noise whilst regenerating (our plumber was concerned about it regenerating at night as it’s in the garage which is below our bedroom). I’ve contacted Softenergeeks twice since buying it and both times, I’ve had a very prompt, very helpful, reply. All in all I’m a very happy customer - thank you!

We had horrendous scale in our house. Toilet bowls would go brown every 2-3 weeks. When I tested it with the supplied kit it was as bad as it gets. After a week the water is much nicer. No sign of any build up in the toilets and taps and shower areas are now staying clean.

Never owned a Water softener before, but the purchase of a new washing machine prompted the Quest ( last washing machine full of scale).
