Brilliant service with a constant desire to help with any issues - which there have been hardly any apart from my own misunderstanding of the best setup

I am very pleased to have bought my water softener from this exceptional company 2 years ago. The price was very good, the installation advice very clear and the softener was simple and performed well. I recently had a problem and rang the company for advice and they immediately sent me videos how to fix it, (a blockage in a valve) which was easy to do and completely cured the problem. All for free. I would recommend Softenergeeks to anyone.

Fantastic after sales support. My four year old Softenergeeks water softener has worked flawlessly and economically until a fault occurred recently. I emailed them and John responded immediately, firstly helping with fault finding accompanied by a video. Once the fault was confirmed, John again replied promptly with advice on how simply rectify the fault, which was just a minor blockage. Again this was accompanied by a video. If only every business treated their customers like this, life as a consumer would be a lot better. Highly recommended product and great afters ales.

Good softener product, I do recommend it.

Best softener bought over 40 years of using them.

Quick and inexpensive delivery. Arrived well packed. Easily fitted in our very narrow cupboard (263 mm wide). Clear, comprehensive instructions. I fitted it myself (DIYer) into a space which had previously had a softener. I bought two washing machine connecting hoses from Screwfix. All now working fine (2 weeks old). Originally very hard water (12 tablets on their test kit - the maximum hardness), now the water is very soft (1 tablet). I didn't have room for the large plastic shroud which can enclose the whole mechanism/LCD display, etc - so threw it away. I'm loving the information you get from the LCD display - very useful. So far, it has done one regeneration at 2:00AM I get 750 litres of soft water per regeneration, due to my very hard water. I thought that the plastic fitting for the regenerating water outlet (it is the uppermost fitting on the device) looked a bit flimsy - I removed it from the softener to push-fit my tight PVC hose onto, then re-installed it. However, I don't think that this was really necessary. All-in-all, very pleased with the softener.

Product did not come with a user guide to explain how the device works and the terminology but I’ve given 4 stars because of the great personal assistance provided when I called for advice.

Purchased the the Super Compact Electronic Meter model to replace our 16-year old softener that had failed. Really simple to install and setup instructions were clear, though some of the abbreviations such as VU, RT, BW, etc. would have been better with an explanation (such as BW = Back Wash, BD = Brine Draw, etc.).

Small, compact, quiet and easy to use! Admin responded quickly to acknowledge the registration email I sent. Really pleased with my new water softener.
