Peoplecert website is so confusing. To get to the exam link was a project in itself. My screensharing stopped as soon as I started the exam, then Proctor had to get me do some setting changes in the browser. It took 30/40 min to get back on. After the exam, it took two days to get the certificate which is OK but instructions were not clear about how to get the badge. Badge sharing on Linkedin is not straightforward. It is also not clear as to what resources are available for members. Oh God. The site needs a major reshaping and got to make it user friendly. Good things - I like the free re-sit option for Members and also members can see the learning materials and take one mock exam.

Unfortunately your website is not user friendly. Neither the registration was simple nor reviewing the points. During registration I used your bot; it was able to help very swiftly; however a user friendly surface might be something to consider.

the exams are on pencil !!!!!! how is this possible when all of the course students fail an easy exam?????!!!!! this is a waste of time.

My advisor was not visible and there were different technical difficulties, also she telling me that my tested Internet connection does not work. That is massively stressing just before taking an exam. And making yourself not visible kind of strange and insecure.

I did the PRINCE2 7 Foundation course. The general support, documentation, test environment, proctor support and portal is fine. It was quite easy to navigate and get the required knowledge where needed. I dislike the practice of asking for money for a hardcopy of my certificate and the subscription idea where I have to pay an annual fee to be able to keep my certificate updated (Although I did not try out this feature yet). Perhaps if I would and find out there are a lot of other benefits, this would be ok but the concept itself I don't support.

I personally had a terrible experience when sitting my exam. I was on time, waiting for my examiner to join. I messaged multiple times and had no reply, after 15 minutes thinking it must be something wrong on my end I called People Cert Helpline. After some time they informed me that my exam slot had been double booked. Over an hour later than my original start time, I sat my exam. In a situation like that, I would expect it to have been communicated with at the very least.
