They cancelled my trip to the airport 2 hours prior to the agreed pick up time out of the blue. They have already deducted the money from my account. Caused me so much stress to find a replacement taxi from central london to heathrow plus I paid more for the last minute new booking with another firm. Terrible experience.

WORST LONDON TRANSPORTATION COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COST! I paid GPB 77 for the worst transportation company I have ever used!!! For starters, the driver was so scruffy and so was his car which wasn't even the lowest category car! Was meant to be an estate car. The worst part about this booking was the driver. In this day and age during covid its absolutely critical and common sense for a driver dealing with multiple people each day to wear a mask. The driver refused to wear a mask saying he had hay fever which is absolutely none of a customers concern! Why would you even be driving people around when you have a fever?? The fact that this company gladly takes peoples money but doesn't even have basic covid protocol is a complete disgrace! Secondly, they charged my card an extra £12.00 after the trip without even explaining why or seeking my permission to do this. Super unprofessional!! NEVER will I ever book with them. I absolutely DO NOT recommend them and you can very well see why they have many negative reviews.

Good Service. I was picked up on time - comfortable car. very clean, with a charming and helpful driver. I have no complaints at all and would use them again asking for Hamad in particular .

This company is dreadful - read some of the reviews on Google. They take your money and booking and then called me while the person they were collecting was already flying to say they couldn’t pick up. Left me less than an hour to find someone else to get there in time! They are either a scam or just ripping people off as they take the money upfront. They clearly pay for their ad to be at the top of a Google search to get business but avoid!

Do not use unless you want to lose your money took ours and did not fill their obligations. Should be done by trading standards. Which I an going to see about. The customers service is appealing the taxis they use are rude people as well. Can't stress enough how bad they are. They left 2 pensioners in airport stranded. And having to pay another £27. To get home. They did not care DO NOT USE

a minute agoNEW if i could post a negative review i would. truely dreadful service. booked them to meet and greet my 85 year old mother in law from Heathrow bus terminal. bus was late, but the driver wasn't there to help her with her bags. she was scared frighten and confused. airport staff were were brilliant and i thank them for their help. the driver was driving around and stopped in a no pick up area and again airport staff helped her with her luggage. shame on you guys. also driver talked aggressively all the way back. dreadful dreadful dreadful.

Booked transport to collect me seemed reasonable price of £68, day before I set off told me they didn't have sufficient drivers and would have to use other drivers??? Cost of an extra £25, had to take it as it was too late to start and I'd already paid the £68. I decided to book the return journey 6 days in advance and was reassured no extra charges would be made as I'd booked early, but day before I was leaving again we need £30 this time, I argued that the I'd he assured no extras would be charged, but had to pay as I didn't know what else to do, I travel solo and I'm 66yrs old, disgraceful service.

Excellent Service. The OTS website was easy to use to book our pick up from Heathrow Airport (going to Peterborough); even from abroad. An instant online quote was provided and there were prompt email updates on our booking including confirming trip details; providing a receipt; the driver's mobile number and where to find him in the arrivals hall. The driver was on time, waiting with a clear name sign. He was very professional in his approach; the car was spotlessly clean and his driving was faultless. My wife and me were very happy with the service provided and would use it again. Shokellu, Peterborough

Cheaters, I clearly booked stating 7 45am as arrival time so even if the immigration took annhour am within the allowed waiting time. But even after that the agency used the flight arrival time which was 7 19am and charged waiting time for 2hrs and increased the waiting charge to £29. Even the driver mentioned in car it is 7 45am. When proof was submitted with call details they wouldn't accept as driver called from his personal number which was not in agency register. I would never recommend this agency to anyone. Also the staff over the phone was unfriendly she was not even ready to look into the issue and was very unprofessional.

Reliable service plus helpful staff and drivers. I booked an airport meet and greet at Manchester Airport on this occasion. My connection was delayed at Heathrow and I was easily able to contact the firm to let them know. Drivers are not allowed into the terminal at present, but my driver texted me when the plane arrived and asked me to let him know when I had my luggage. He was then standing right outside the door waiting for me. It was a trouble free ride back home and the driver followed his satnav without having the sound on which was a relief as I had been travelling for seventeen hours. Would have been five star but the taxi itself was a bit worn and there seemed to be a cold draught coming from the door area. Other than that it was great. i have used this firm before and will use again.

I booked the service in late February of 2021 out of Heathrow. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone unless the company makes some fundamental changes. The additional, hidden, charges for waiting are set up with an extremely flawed logic. The customer pays the driver upfront and this accounts for up to 1hr additional wait time. However, the company then expects the customer to forecast misfortunes, delays, and accidents, and then callously charges them when it is far too late to inform that the waiting times are going to be much higher than accounted for. This is laid out very cryptically in the terms and conditions (the little box one ticks on any website in the 21st century before confirming a quote) and it is moreover not reiterated in ANY confirmation email. These costs should presumably not be incurred by the consumer but by the service itself. £5 per every additional 15 minutes means that -if for some unfortunate set of events and during these horrific COVID times- one is stuck in a waiting room for 2 hrs, or processing times at the airport are extremely slow, not only is the passenger experiencing the distress of that trip, but they must also incur very expensive charges for events completely out of their control. As this company serves London airports regularly they are surely aware of what travelling under COVID times implies and are clearly setting up all travellers for disappointment and looking for ways to make a quick buck rather than provide an actual service. Drivers need to be paid- but the costs of delays should not be the responsibility of the consumer. When I tried to point this basic dynamic out to their customer service I was patronised, told to take responsibility for choosing to travel with them, and then hung up on without any willingness to find a compromise or understanding. An absolute scam!

On this occasion my driver was late, told me I’d given the wrong post code when I hadn’t because he couldn’t find me. He didn’t ring me to get directions, I had to call him and then he talked over me whilst I was trying to give directions. The result was that I was late leaving. I don’t appreciate being told I’m wrong when I know I gave the correct information. It was the driver not the company.
