Clearly a service experiencing a wide range of reviews. Some terrible, others, like mine favourable. I booked the executive car service to and from Heathrow. Our pick up was on time despite the early hours, 03:30am and despite motorway closures got us to the airport in good time. The return was similarly faultless. The driver sent a text message, while we were still waiting for our baggage to confirm his location within the airport arrivals area. He was easily spotted once we exited the arrivals area. Both cars were Mercedes, very clean and the trips could not have been better.

Absolutely terrible experience with this booking platform. This wasn't the first time, either. On July 23rd, I booked a taxi for 14:00, planning to feed my kids before heading out. However, the taxi arrived at the airport as soon as our flight landed. How can travelers exit the airport immediately? They then charged me £20 without a valid parking ticket. In a previous instance, they messed up the car type. I had booked an estate car but was sent a compact SUV. They claimed an estate can't take four pieces of luggage. This is utterly ridiculous. Travelers are already tired and stressed, and this service only adds to that stress. If you want a safe and smooth journey to or from the airport, avoid this taxi service at all costs. DANGEROUS COMPANY. We booked from Heathrow to Chelmsford on the 14th June. The most dangerous driving I have ever experienced. Driving was erratic and once we were closer to Chelmsford thought it would be good to drive at speeds of 110mph on a road known for deer jumping out. We had to shout at him to slow down which he eventually did. Once we were safely inside the house he text me apologising that he scared the passengers, later deleting it as obviously that was admitting that he was in the wrong. If you want a safe journey home and not feel you were in a death race DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a meet-and-greet service from MAN airport, for a journey home after a work trip. Driver showed up at arrivals on time and all good there -- but here endeth the positives.. Loaded my case into the boot, which looked like it had been used to carry building materials - no joke or exageration - absolutely filthy with crumbs of rubble, dirt and even glass - and set the scene for the low quality ride that was to follow. Rear seats were visibly dirty: big white water stains on the black covers. Cabin was dirty all over - everything ! Really I can't remember being in a dirtier, smellier old car. The cabin really smelled old and dirty. AC was not functioning so the driver alternated between opening and closing the windows throughout the journey -- an hour and a quarter on dual carriagways and motorways, so really not very pleasant as swapped between hot and smelly and breezy and noisy. The driver listened to music very loud just to add to the dire ambience. His driving: well he got there but had a scary habit of slip-streaming vehicles before swerving out VERY close to the rear bumper -- really poor driving. I can only assume that OTS have ZERO quality standards in booking drivers / cars. After many (I am now presuming to be by pure luck) OK trips using this service from BHX airport over the years, I will never be using this service again. Disappointing.

We booked a taxi/minibus to pick 7 of us up from Luton Airport to return to Norwich. The driver messaged in the afternoon before the flight with details of the vehicle and that he will be tracking the flight. We paid for meet and greet, so he came and met us in arrivals. Good communication, friendly driver with comfy vehicle for the long drive back to Norwich. Would definitely recommend, and use again. Thank you

Ordered a meet and greet in arrivals but the driver did not meet is. He sent us pictures of where to fin md him somewhere outside the airport. The return trip to the airport was fine.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this taxi service. As a family that prioritizes safety, I was shocked to discover the lack of consideration for passenger requirements and the company's poor response to my concerns. Firstly, when I booked the cab online, there was no option to add notes regarding our requirement for an iso fix car seat. This was concerning, but I assumed that modern cars would have this standard feature. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that the car provided was outdated and did not have iso fix connectors for the car seat. Given our safety concerns and the distressing state of our overtired daughter, we had no choice but to decline the ride. I immediately contacted the cab company to explain the situation. To my surprise, it took an unreasonable amount of time to explain what iso fix was, which is unexpected from a company operating in the taxi business. After a lengthy conversation, the cab company informed us that none of their available taxis had iso fix capabilities. This left us with no other option but to take a black cab, which resulted in significant additional expenses. Despite the inconvenience and financial burden imposed on us, the company has shown a disappointing lack of accountability and willingness to address our concerns. They claimed that they cannot take responsibility for something they were not made aware of in advance, even though there was no field on their website to add this requirement during the booking process. The company's response to my concerns has been disheartening, to say the least. They have failed to acknowledge their shortcomings and have refused to consider a refund for the service not taken. This leaves me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with their customer service. I feel compelled to share my experience to caution other potential customers about the deficiencies in this taxi service. It is evident that there is a lack of communication, accountability, and empathy displayed by this company. I hope that by sharing my feedback, the company will take the necessary steps to improve their policies and procedures, preventing others from enduring a similar ordeal. Considering the distress and financial burden we experienced, I believe a refund for the service not provided is a fair request. However, the company's refusal to consider this shows a disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, I cannot recommend this taxi service due to the unacceptable lack of safety measures, poor communication, and the company's failure to address customer concerns. It is essential for potential customers to be aware of these deficiencies before making a booking decision.

Picked up from Heathrow with OTS Taxi. on 14th June 2024. Meet and Greet paid for but had to wait. Taxi EXTREMELY DANGEROUS DRIVER. Firstly narrowly missed mini bus by cutting into their lane, with terrified bus passengers. THEN CUT ACROSS THREE LANES OF MOTORWAY AS MISSED EXIT WAS SCROLLING THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA WHILST DRIVING and got LOST 4 TIMES as DISTRACTED ON PHONE!! REVERSED - YES REVERSED UP TWO SEPARATE SLIP ROADS!!!! WAS SPEEDING SEVERAL TIMES including going over 45 mph on 30mph zone!!!! HE IGNORED ME BEGGING HIM TO SLOW DOWN WHEN I COMPLAINED TO OTS THEY DID NOTHING AS THEY SAY HE DENIED EVERYTHING AND NO EVIDENCE!! DISGUSTING!!!! THEY HAVE TAKEN NO RESPONSIBILITY TO STOP THIS HAPPENING AGAIN! SO SO DANGEROUS! MY DAUGHTER WAS TERRIFIED!

Booked a ride for 2 passengers , they sent a car unable to take 2 suitcases and 2 pieces of hand luggage. Very rude customer service, bill your card at the slightest excuse. Even the drivers complain about the standard of service

driver on route to airport was speeding and on his phone while driving down the motorway hence it took under 1hr from Swindon to Bristol airport! return journey was even worse with driver speeding, taking a video call and said he needed to stop at services to get water and was his face as he was really tired. then rubbing his forehead and eyes all the way doing 80+ MPH. it was terrifying for our family!

UNRELIABLE - took booking and payment. Then they cancelled my booking 2hrs before the flight landed at Bournmouth airport at 1am!!! Did not care it was impossible to get another taxi arranged at that time. Happy to leave you stranded. They should not take bookings if they are not going to honour them!!

I am a driver who waited few times more then expected and was not reimbursed as they lying around and they charged me when i handed back the job 5 hours before and they dont have any rights to charge me Stay away from this company as a driver Customer service rubish dont know to read even and to answer properly for your questions Not even was answered and they deleted my account because they couldnt resolve my question where i can complain officialy an email adress was requested . Stay away from them

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We paid for meet and greet to be transferred between airports and the driver failed to appear. We checked inside and outside the Airport and finally had to take and pay for a taxi in the rank outside Stansted Aiport in order not to miss our Gatwick flight. They are now refusing to refund the £125 we paid them on 16 April prior to travelling on 3 June. . It’s very disappointing and disgusting that this company feel that they can treat pensioners this way. The taxi driver did send a message saying Are you Okay ? Which was only received after we got a signal and were on our way to Gatwick. My daughter did call to ask where the driver was and was told someone would call her back AND AS NO ONE DID we had to take a taxi from the taxi rank otherwise we would have missed our flight from Gatwick. This company said that as we left the airport without contacting them (which is a lie as we did contact them) they are refusing to refund our money. We have NO IDEA where the driver was as he certainly wasn’t inside the terminal to meet and greet which is what we had for. I have now logged a dispute claim with my bank. This company should not take payment for meet and greet if they are unable to provide this service.

I’ve used this company 4 times. The 1st time was excellent. The 2nd time the driver was so tired that he was dangerous on the roads, and I had to report that. The 3rd time was an adequate service (but their Meet and Greet facility generally is not working well enough). The last time I used the service it was utterly atrocious. I pre booked (and paid) for an 11.30pm pick up at Gatwick airport. A delayed flight meant the plane landed at 1.15 am. I tried to contact the driver by text and by phone before I entered the Arrivals Hall. No response. There was no one waiting for me and no contact from anyone. As a solo female traveller (71 years old) I was left stranded in the middle of the night at the airport. I phoned the main number, and the operator also couldn't contact the driver. Her only solution was that an Uber was arranged. The next morning I phoned to discuss the situation. The young man I spoke to had no knowledge of the event, and very clearly didn't think it was in any way his responsibility to discuss it. There was no concern or apology at all - far from it. I was shocked by how rude he was. I'd asked to speak to the manager, but was told he was working and unable to talk with me! The young man refused to talk further. My formal complaint resulted in a £15 (20%) rebate, confirmation that training would be given, and that an internal investigation as to why the driver was absent was to be carried out (the outcome of which I would not be privy to!). A one line apology that “I was kept waiting” did not in any way address my issues. The main importance of taxi firms is that they be trustworthy and reliable. OTS fail so very badly on both. And they don’t appear to care!

Our flight back from Kos was delayed by over an hour and a half. However, our driver remained in contact with us once we had landed until we were at the scheduled pick-up point. This was almost two and a half hours after the expected time once you take the time at passport control into consideration. Driver was extremely pleasant on our journey home and we couldn't fault the standard of car which was above expectations. Used the shortest route and the cost was far cheaper than the standard airport taxis. Will use this platform again as the process was straightforward and the driver was courteous at all times which was welcome after our stressful return flight.

Do not use this company! They advertise that their saloon car will take 3 x 23kg suitcases, however these have to be very very small!, they may/will refuse to take a usual large size case and if they do they will charge more money. Or leave you without transport! Our driver admitted they should speculate size and not weight. Obviously this is done deliberately! Don’t let this company ruin your holiday! Go elsewhere!
