United Kingdom | 03 August 2024The details on the company’s website clearly stated that the vehicle I booked would accommodate five passengers and five large suitcases. This information was also confirmed in the booking confirmation I received from them. On the day of the service, we were a group of five passengers with only three large suitcases and two cabin bags. However, the car that was sent was not suitable for our group size or our luggage. The vehicle could not fit even the three large suitcases and three cabin bags, let alone five large suitcases as promised. As a result, one of our passengers had to sit squashed with the luggage, which was highly uncomfortable and unsafe. To make matters worse, the driver was uncooperative and argued with me, insisting that he had not been informed of our luggage requirements. His driving was also subpar; at one point, he took a hard brake, causing one of the suitcases to fall and hit one of our passengers on the neck. This incident was not only distressing but also completely unacceptable. Given the numerous issues we faced—ranging from the incorrect information on the website and booking confirmation to the unsuitable vehicle and poor driving—I believe that the service was not fit for purpose. Therefore, I contacted the company requesting a full refund for this booking. However, in response, they just sent some pictures of the car and did not address any of my concerns. Also, they did not provide any pictures of the vehicle's interior. If they were to include those, it would be evident that the vehicle was unsuitable for accommodating five people and five large suitcases. The information provided on the website and in the order confirmation email was misleading and incorrect.

United Kingdom | 02 August 2024I would give 0 stars if I could. Our driver was incredibly erratic and actually dangerous. He kept saying very strange things “I need to go to the paint shop”, was driving in the middle lane of the motorway at 40mph and seemed unable to see the road when in darker areas. He loudly exclaimed multiple times, kept braking hard for foxes that were very far anway and was asking us to pass him water. Multiple other vehicles beeped and drivers yelled at us. I asked him to pull over multiple times which he ignored. I made a complain to the company who were incredibly dismissive and seem to not care at all that the driver was so dangerous. Worst experience I have ever had in a private taxi. I will be reporting the driver to the taxi licensing company as I do not believe he is roadworthy and the company don’t seem to care. Avoid this company.

United Kingdom | 29 July 2024The service was really not acceptable from the beginning. I have used this service for work on multiple occasions and really expected much, much more. The trip out to the airport was fine, so I was incredibly surprised by this horrific service. 1. I was expecting a executive saloon car as stated on my confirmation, but received a dirty van. 2. The driver was at least 20 minutes late. I had to phone the driver to ask for his location rather than being informed that he was running late. 3. The driver stopped for fuel on the way back during the journey without any prior acknowledgment or communication. 4. The car was not clean. There was rubbish and hair on the seats. 5. The car smelt very strongly of body odour. When we opened the windows we were asked to close them. 6. The driver was not presentable. My past trips using this service the drivers have been clean and well-presented in shirt and trousers. 7. The driver was using his phone whilst driving and not just for the navigation, but for texting! 8. The driving was also dangerous at times. He was speeding, including in a 20 mph zone. An elderly man walking his dog trying to cross the street shook his fist at the driver as he approached them crossing the road too fast. He ran two red lights. He drove too close to the car in front and also took a sharp bend off a dual carriageway, causing him to go onto the other side of the road in the attempt to control the vehicle. Having complained regarding the service I received a £20 refund for a £130 trip. This really doesn't cut it. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

United Arab Emirates | 25 July 2024I booked this taxi from the airport with meet and greet service as I was travelling alone with three young children and wanted the final part of my journey to run as smoothly as possible. The driver was not present at the meet and greet area when we arrived. I called the number listed on my confirmation email who stated that she had no evidence of my booking and who then dispatched a car that took an hour to reach us at the terminal. Once the driver had arrived, we reached the car to find that it wasn't as big as the one we had ordered and so my children had to sit with a suitcase over their laps for the journey home. The driver himself was very pleasant and did his best in the circumstances. I contacted the company who, after some back and forth over email, gave me a 20GBP refund off the total 67GBP journey (which costs around 35GBP using Uber) Overall, very overpriced and poorly organised. In future I will use either uber or black cab from the airport.

United Kingdom | 20 July 2024I booked a car to collect me from a hotel in Scotland. It was a very early pick up time (3am) as I had a 7am flight. I did not want to miss this flight (which was not amendable or refundable). After booking I received confirmation of a driver being assigned. In the period before my journey, I had drivers removed and re-assigned to my journey 3 times (including on the day of travel). I became very unconfident that a driver would turn up and that I would be stuck at 3am trying to find a ride to the airport. When I called OTS to query why my driver kept being changed and to seek some reassurance that I would definitely be collected, the representative was EXTREMELY rude to me and told me to ‘just calm down and stop worrying about it’ He passed me over to a colleague at my request. Whilst transferring me over he left his phone unmuted and I heard him make offensive comments about me. Despite spending a LOT of money in the past with OTS I was treated like this. DO NOT BOOK with this company if you want helpful and respectful customer service.

United Kingdom | 14 July 2024Avoid at all costs. Their T&Cs are misleading. States luggage must be stowed securely in the boot of a car. Booked car that has capacity for 4 adults and 4 cases (23kg). I had 4 large 23kg cases and 3 smaller cases and 1 adult. Naturally, anyone here would lower rear seats as that is luggage space given there were no other adults travelling. Company refused and would not refund. Recommended larger car would be fine with capacity of 6 seats and 6 23kg suitcases (still not the 7 cases is it) and refusing to refund full amount due to their cancellation conditions.

United Kingdom | 12 July 2024Found them to be very helpful. I was an awkward customer, my flight from Canada was delayed several times and then cancelled. OTS didn't charge again for trip the next day. The telephone staff were polite and helpful, messages were enough and not too much. Driver was pleasant and waited while I dealt with a lost bag. I forgot that my 'phone was on Aeroplane mode (brain addled after airline hassle and little sleep) so my SMSs to the driver weren't sent but OTS tried several times to confirm that I had arrived and left messages. Much better price than other services too. Top of my list to use.

United Kingdom | 10 July 2024AVOID!!!!! 7.50 was the landing time of the plane from an International flight. I left all the details of the flight I needed the person to be picked up from and payed additional for a MEET & GREET because I knew the person might not be able to connect her phone. The company still charged me for waiting period although the person was on the Taxi by 9.12 am (1.20 minutes after the plane arrived, which is within the "normal" time it takes someone to go over everything needed from an International flight). The taxi driver was amazing, but unfortunately the company is not trustworthy to help on Meet and Greet. Moreover, they were extremely rude at the phone and made me super nervous about the arranged pick up. Wont be using them again.

Our taxi was punctual for both outward and return journeys from Bristol to Bristol airport, and on both occassions the driver was polite and courteous. The price was reasonable and similar to what I would have paid to park my own car in an airport off site car park. We'll defonitely use them again :-)

Communication was excellent and Chris our driver was exactly where he said he would be. His vehicle was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. He was very friendly and curtious. Excellent competitively priced service and would definitely recommend and use again. 10/10!

Driver claimed to be 20 mins away at but at 2;30am had still not arrived and so had to drive myself to the airport in order not to miss flight. Then claimed to be at house for pick up. at 3am but will check remote access to CCTV to see if actually there!

The driver contacted us pre-pick up on both occasions which was really reassuring. The driver was also lovely - friendly, thoughtful, helpful. I would definitely recommend
