I can't begin to talk this company up about their AMAZING SERVICE to get things right. I ordered a crystal of one of my cats who had passed away. My favorite photo didn't work out. I didn't realize how important it was to select a photo where the cats eyes are dilated. This way it brings the cat so true to life. 3DCrystal was in touch with me daily while being very patient upon my final selection. They went above and beyond on my second submission and also sent proofs before they did their magic. They honored a high discount to satisfy my likings. I had my new crystal within 3 days! What a great company to deal with! Their service is superior, fast and helpful. I ordered 2 items with one pic on each, they arrived in just days. I wanted 2 pics combined into one crystal. The artists combined them for me, sent me a preview to approve and once approved, that crystal arrived within the week! I dealt with Melissa she was fantastic. I was able to merge a picture 2 pictures 1 with my best friend and her daughter. They were able to ad an image of her father who passed away before she was born. It looks fantastic. Melissa helped at all hours of the night. I ordered a crystal for my boss’s retirement. I received it and noticed that there was an error. I checked my email to confirm what I ordered. I brought it to the company’s attention via email and voicemail. I received a response very shortly after I sent the email asking a couple of questions. The rep immediately acknowledged the error and apologized. The rep asked when my boss’s last day was, bear in mind these correspondences took place on a Sunday. I advised that Wednesday (today) was his last day. The rep told me that she would get it to me asap and would try her best to make it by Wednesday. At 10 pm last night DHL delivered my crystal. It was beautiful and just in time. Mistakes happen but the company definitely stood by their product and we couldn’t be happier with the product.

I bought a crystal for my girlfriend of her deceased mother and I was blown away when I opened the box to view the final product. I highly recommend 3D Crystal 👍✅

Purchased a crystal and a base. The crystal was quite beautiful but the base quit working in less than a day. I contacted them and they eventually sent me a return label. The replacement base flickers on and off, will not change colors, seems very faulty. When I contacted them about a refund they refused. I got a "sorry, no refunds" from them. When I told them I was disappointed with their customer service and they lost a customer they gave me "no problem" in return. They sent me a request to rate them, and I did, only to have them remove the reviews saying I provided misleading information. As stated by another reviewer, they flag and removed any negative ratings. They aren't very reputable in my opinion. There are many providers for these types of gifts, I would NEVER use this shady group again. Do your research!

I ordered a large heart crystal for my wife for our anniversary present. When I opened the very smart presentation box I was taken aback at how nice the crystal was and the attention to detail was spot on will definitely be making a recommendation
