Read the reviews!!! Many of them are exactly the same. 3DCrystal.com is a scam site. They will take your money, delete your negative reviews (or mark as spam), then create their own reviews. Again, read the reviews… many of them are repeated.

I love a website that has someone available for Chat in case you have questions. I certainly did have questions about sizes and shapes of the crystal blocks regarding the photo I wanted to use and the lovely Melissa was so incredibly helpful. I was going to think about placing an order but after my dealings with Melissa, I placed my order there and then on the spot.

I ordered the medium heart shaped crystal as a gift for my sister & brother-in-laws golden wedding anniversary. They were absolutely thrilled & will treasure it. I found the whole process very efficient, there was a time difference & understandably it could be a while before I received a response to my emails but they were always answered. On a couple of occasions I used the online chat feature & each time I received a very quick response whatever the time was. It was very helpful to be able to request a preview as I wasn't sure which of the photos I had, would be more suitable & the first photo I sent didn't seem right to me so this feature was invaluable as it allowed me to be sure I made the right choice. The crystal was well packaged for it's long journey to the UK & its progress was easy to track & arrived on time. Fantastic company I ordered a wedding anniversary crystal for my parents when I received the crystal it had a slight blemish inside the glass I noticed them of this and took photos of the blemish and they sent me out a new crystal in less than 3 days after receiving the fist one can’t recommend them enough.

Just my luck to notice your display showcase as I was browsing the craft store at the Toronto CNE Sep 1, 2023. I was amazed to see a variety of innovative photography on display.
