Ranie and the expert crafters at 3D Crystal were SO attentive to every detail of creating my crystals. I ordered seven of them for fellow graduates for a very special gift that is unique and beautiful. They worked with me through every detail, making every small change I thought would enhance the crystal. Shipping was extremely fast, and the crystals were packaged beautifully. It was an added surprise to see that they gifted me a keychain for each graduate as well! I was also given a discount due to the number of crystals I ordered! Got crystal quicker than expected. Was to be Mother's Day present if it arrived in time. Got here a week earlier than expected. So it became a BD present. I loved it so much (photo of our beloved white husky) I couldn't wait two days till her BD so I gave it to her day of arrival. She swooned. She is carrying it with her from room to room. Sadly my dad passed away, so I wanted something special to commemorate him with for my children who are devastated at the loss of their grandad. We couldn’t be more happier with our crystals, they were gift boxed beautifully and the light stands are wonderful.. they colour change too, so my children have chosen a colour setting that reminds them of my dad. The crystals are stunning, of a very high quality and the team who I’ve corresponded with since were lovely. I highly recommend using this company.

I'm used to buying this kind of stuff as generic, pre-made stuff off of Amazon. This was my first attempt at & experience of something bespoke. The ordering process was as slick as it gets, fantastic e-mail-based customer support - & the order arrived surprisingly quickly (from Canada to the UK, it seems). The object itself is stupendously lovely - finished so meticulously on the edges! In my case, the image I supplied was of my keyboard - I'm a writer, & this was my literal 'writer's block' (pun intended) - it was their 3x2x2 inch option. I think I see where the 'skill' goes here - as they had to interpret the image & make it look as good as possible in the crystal. Also - this outfit's USP is 'HD' - i.e. better contrast & definition than the competition's - I can attest to this, as my chosen image was particularly detailed - I could even read the letters on the keys (& mine was the small 3x2x2 block. 👍🏽 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Absolutely brilliant, can't thank Karen enough. I am thrilled with my 3D crystal. I can't believe how good it is. I took photos of my sisters three dogs, all individual and amazingly they were all transformed into an oblong five inch crystal. My sister is going to be amazed when I give her the gift as she has just had a brain tumour removed and is home recovering.I can't thank Karen and 3D crystal enough. The shipment was very quick too.
