I couldn't even sign up , tried about 10 times, kept getting same error. Glad now after seeing reviews. Edit I can't reply to your reply , I did use licence and selfie with it , and it still wouldn't let me sign up !!!

Don't buy avoid at all costs bought some tablets not the fact they are just broken you can't use them at all there broken that bad all have split screens so unusable much better sites to waste money on where you don't get things so badly damaged

They are selling broken items. You are better buying from Temu than from them, the items will be new and they easily can be returned. Also, they are overcharging for delivery. Initially they were using mostly DPD and Royal Mail. Now they are using throughout the cheapest from the cheapest -yodel. They are selling items which have been extensively used, broken and damaged. Don't waste your money. You can buy the same things on EBay , Temu or Vintage cheaper and on those platforms your rights are protected unlike here.

I bought 2 times from jobalots. All the items I received , all good . Initially I was sceptic but was all stuff in good condition . Is an amazing site , the only thing I don’t understand if the vat is 10% or 20% . Shipping is a little bit too expensive , i think , if it will change the costs of shipping will be amazing , all the rest very good company .

Customer returns are all broken, not worth buying. Pallets with new items are filled with cheap unsellable items. Customer service is really poor.

I’ve dealt with them few times and one time I received a pallet that doesn’t meet the description. When I contacted them, they said we can’t speak to the seller as the time for raising a complain exceeded 2 days. The worst auction company ever. Not recommended.

I received an incomplete products (new), Jobalots immediately refunded the full amount to my account. Everything was fast, good communication, I really recommend!

I've bought a lot from jobalots both brand new and customer returns, out of all I've bought so far I've had very few duds the rest have been in perfect condition. I can't understand why people complain about buying customer returns for pennies and then gripping cos it's a dud!!.some need to remind themselves it's an auction site Not a shop you are buying from. Customer services have always responded positively to me even when I had a problem with making a payment. Shipping is prompt, well packaged. Happy customer here, thanks guys and gals
