I’ve been using Jobalot for some time and have received great items, as well as items that that are totally broken/ filthy. I accept this as it’s part of the risk. However recently I have bid on an item and won it. This item was only one item in the lot, this was completely missing from my order, no item was sent in its place. I paid for this item and received nothing. I was told I wasn’t entitled to a refund due to the 10% variation clause, even though the entire lot was missing entirely. Please be wary when bidding on individual items as Jobalot reserve the right to send you nothing at all if it is part of a bigger order.

Bid on PAIR of white curtains( advertised as pair) only one curtain arrived, contacted Customer service nothing they can do they are allowed to sell items with missing parts REALLY trading standards are needing to get involved. This is false advertising and breaking the law.

I purchased a car steering wheel lock. I only got the lock there was no key. It’s absolutely waste of money. I will never ever buy any customer return items from them again. It’s like you buy a used car and all you get is a broken car key in the post.

Disgrace of a firm. Virtually ruined me. Bought 2 separate pallets lots, nearly everything was smashed to pieces. Other pallet never turned up which they denied even though it was to a separate address. They just send automated replies to everything and will not accept even the slightest of responsibility. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have been really happy with Jobalots, the products are mostly good. However, l now have an infestation of cockroaches. I first noticed them when they were quite young after receiving a loosely packaged box of items. I didn't realise what they were. I killed the ones I saw and thought that was the end of it. Since then I noticed adult ones, l purchased traps and poison and now there are 7 adults on one trap. Is there anyone else with the same issue? I can't believe it is just me that is suffering with this.

i have bought 5 different items, buyers return, and all of the items I have received can't be used, 2 lights are broken are broke, the electric shredder not working and looks hardly used and not complete, and 2 other items, are not complete. electric wireless kettle arrived without a base. this is ridiculous. this company is making money selling broken and unusable items.

I bought a lot a year ago and I have to admit that I didn't make any money because a lot of things are faulty. Pretty much anyone can buy there and I thought only people who run their own business, I think that's not good. If everyone buys it over a period of time your chance of selling the product goes down. As for the rest I have no objections, the service is very good for me.

I've been using jobalots for almost a year now and it's got absolutely extortionate now. Good get decent items and super low prices and make a few quid for yourself. But now people are bidding almost retail price which is fine but what's the point. Also tbey have recently changed the delivery options and weight prices so becareful what you buy. They have just put an extra £10 on top of my order for 2kg of weight plus the delivery charge. The more weight the bigger charge which is fine but its got so expensive even royal mail don't charge that. They have become greedy.

They sent things that are broken which they should bin it can be a total waste of money sometimes

Ridiculous how every purchase has its own shipping price if you use this regularly just put it in the same box just have a tick box saying add to previous order.

Great company. On point with all their business terms. Easy, understandable website. Deliveries are super quick within 48 hours. Items are exactly as described. Their emailed Support team are quick & communicative. An excellent way to spread the joy of liquidated & returned stock. I wish I had discovered Job-A-Lots earlier in my life.

They turned down a refund saying that it was a customer return. However, this item was smashed to bits in transit as they failed to provide any packaging of the item

There's always a thrill when you win, but you have to be careful on what you bid for not all high priced things are good think why they were returned, it's a shame the description can't contain , parts missing or broken. I have bid high for ice maker and it was totally useless, but there are a lot of things that are very good and a good price
