So far I am down over £400 since xmas on these broken pieces of junk. This company should rewind to how they used to operate! This so called new contract and new look etc etc is not for the best, your company has progressively got worse. I won't be back. Game over.

United Kingdom | 23 January 2024Never ever buy RAW customer returns from there. It's far away from this what is on pictures. Especially toys. I won auction with toys RAW customer returns but on description they wrote is new products with damage packing. But first off all was nothing similar to the pictures they show on auction and second pallet came full of garbage( really garvage because nothing was new maybe to product worth £5 at all) and a lot of mouse poo on the bottom. So look at what you bid because palled what you recieve is far from they description.

United Kingdom | 16 January 2024Purchased a electric scooter it was listed as refurbished item .. it came with a massiv dent in the battery and not running.. clearly not refurbished.. requested refund I got an email saying denied because of ther terms and conditions.. blatant scammers beware..orderd a few times it will be my last.

United Kingdom | 16 January 2024Purchased a item from customer returns. Package arrived by DPD with outer packaging ripped open and box crudely taped up also parts missing. Unable to contact on freephone number as no longer working. probably been ceased. E mail option available. Received a reply 2 days later saying I would not receive a refund. I replied with pictures of damaged item and they haven't replied. Totally unacceptable. I will be Contacting trading standards for legal advice on this issue.

Very incorrect and raised from the actual price RRP in general,BUT after the last auction something was with RRP of 550 but actual price 250 in all online vendors and other 215£ when everywhere can be found between 80 to 110£ new with warranty (keep in mind nobody guarantees that the product is working if its customer returns) I'm done with them.. I feel scamed!

United Kingdom | 24 December 2023Disgraceful and misleading. Two words that come to mind after using this company for the first and last time. I won an auction and when I went to pay it said shipping would be calculated at checkout. At this point it is important to bring the word trust in. You trust that a company is being transparent and God forbid, honest! When I received the shipping notice the weight of the shipment was 200kg, I thought that seemed high, so I checked the manifest. The actual weight was 23kg. Let's see when it arrives I thought, it must be a mistake. When it did arrive, it was indeed 23kg and even the driver was baffled why this had been shipped on a pallet. So I emailed Jobalots asking this to be looked into as I should be entitled to a partial refund. The response, well I'd get a better one from talking to a wall. It was all my misunderstanding as I'd bought a pallet and pallet shipping was a fixed price. So why, I asked (several times) was shipping to be calculated at checkout when it's a fixed cost? Nothing, well nothing other than excuses and sorry for the misunderstanding. Believe me, there is no misunderstanding. If it is a fixed cost, say so. Do not confuse people by saying shipping will be calculated at checkout. That implies it is going on distance or weight. Oh, to boot they also lied to me about the £60 charged for shipping was the cost they were charged. Well the Courier confirmed to me it was actually £47. Truly pathetic Customer Service. All they had to do was offer me a partial refund on the shipping. I wasn't looking for anything other than what was fair. They will come back with some blah blah but the fact remains shipping was to be calculated at checkout but that figured was already set. Confusing and misleading. Avoid

France | 24 December 2023Very often problems, number of items delivered lower than the number present in the inventory. With always the same excuses, in their T&Cs, they may have +/- 10% difference. The weight announced in the auctions is not at all the actual weight, around 50% less on average.

Austria | 18 December 2023In the beginning, the auctions went smoothly. But now the price is being driven up by apparent bidders (probably company-related). If you bid for a higher-priced item at a low price, it is simply removed from the list of winning items or no longer appears there.

United Kingdom | 10 December 2023websites decent, except had a few incidences where the stockers emailed me a few days after saying whoops we dont actually have that item (maybe they wanted it for themselves i dont know) and the marketplace listings are a sneaky scam (they are paying jobalots to post their products at a 'cheap price' then upsell using absurd shipping prices. apart from the partial slyness of the company, ive been happy with 95% of products recieved

That's why I've always been 100% happy to recommend them to anyone who asksand quite a few that didn't ask!) The auctions are full of bargains but it's their customer service that really impresses me. They're attentive,diligent, professional, and reliable. They're friendly too which is a bonus.
