Bought a $150 scan tool on the website, completed transaction, got confirmation email, waited 1 week, requested tracking info, got a phone call the next day telling me the part was not available anymore and the new one was double the price!! Really?? It took 1 week to figure that out? And you leave the item online for purchase when it's not available? I own a repair shop and needed the tool to complete the job. This transaction upset my customer, cost me twice what I planned and never once did the customer service people from this website apologize for any wrong doing or inconvenience. Never buying from finditparts again!!
