I sat on hold for over 15 minutes trying to find resolve and gave up. Sent an email, no reply. I now have to go buy cheap ugly dust caps and put them on my hubs so I can get back on the road.

United States | 08 April 2015I ordered a charger for my jumper box through this company. Next day I get an email on how there is a shipping delay. No problem. Next day, I received another email saying another shipping delay. I called Finditparts and guy tells me he will have Jennifer call me back on what is going on. No call from Jennifer. Later in the day, I call and tell them to cancel my order and refund my money because I never got a call back like told I would. They say no problem. Ordered part from another online service which I should have gotten from in the 1st place! Come to work, the box was delivered... Now I'm like, "What the heck, these people don't know what they are doing!?!" I called and told them what happened and they say, "Well, you can just return the part and we will refund your money".. so I did. Didn't even open the box! A month goes by and no refund so I called. They say, "We never got your return" I say I will call back with delivery signature. I checked tracking number and call back.... "OOOhhhhh yea, we got it! We will refund your money with a 20% restocking fee"... "What?!?, What's the restocking fee, what are you Best Buy?!!" "Well you ordered the wrong part", They say..... OH MY GOSH, I'M GONNA LOSE IT!! Explained the story to this guy and he says, "Do you have names or proof?".. I said, "No but check the notes on this order and I didn't even open the box and just sent it back! Very arrogantly he says, "How am I to believe this is true?".... You know what, I say, Just send me my refund back and I hang up. 2 weeks later, still NO REFUND!
