Simple transaction, communication couldn't be better got email updates through the entire process, reasonable shipping cost and timely shipping, placed the order on a Sunday got delivery on Wednesday. This isn't the first time I have ordered from this company and I will continue to do so.

Ordered some terminals and received within a week. Shipping cost is ridiculously high, but I really needed the parts.

Good selection, and they "had" what I needed, but 10 days is too long to wait for a part that is vital to a commercial operation.

Online price didn't list core charge, then I called to verify part and was told it was in stock. I placed the order, next day I was called back and told a core was added and that the part had to be ordered. From the date I placed the order it took 3 days to even ship. Glad I was not in a rush for the fuel pump I ordered. Prices were a little higher than average, but not by much.

We did not receive the parts yet. We never received the parts. The UPS report shows that the parts were delivered to a location in Los AAngle, Ca. I called Customer services yesterday who promised me to reroute the parts to us. To me this is not only stupid handeling, it is mor than this. We need the parts urgently and if we don't receive the parts beofre the end of nect week, we need our money back
