My daughter had already completed much of 2 (of the 4) A'Levels she enrolled for (cost: £6,000) so was in a position to accurately evaluate the course materials. To say they were poor would be an understatement - whole topics left off the Philosophy materials, very very low standard of expressing relatively simple ideas. The English Literature materials again only included tiny amounts of context for the books set - which are a significant portion of the final mark. They did rewrite the materials when we complained but still of a horribly low standard. We asked for a refund on the basis of their own Terms and Conditions - her confidence in the standard of materials provided was badly shaken to the point that she no longer wished to continue - and they point blank refused. I am reporting them to Trading Standards since they are completely unregulated by OFTSED so nowhere else to turn, and as I say, their own Terms and Conditions state that they will refund if they have 'failed to conform in all material respects with its description, is not of satisfactory quality, and is not reasonably fit for purpose'. Course materials for A'Levels are not an iterative process in that you can provide very poor materials, and when spotted, slightly improve upon them to the point of their being only slightly awful. Students need good quality materials from the get go. I don't believe they are able to offer support for the top grades my daughter was aiming for - they can't since they don't even cover the bare minimum of the syllabus comprehensively - let alone offering the extended learning necessary for an A*. Appalling. Please don't give these scammers your cash - most people will not be in the position we were to evaluate course materials, and you will not be able to achieve a top grade with what they provide you with. Will try to update this review once I have reported to Trading Standards.

The support was fantastic - a big thank you especially to Kelly who was so helpful and quick to respond as my tutor. An excellent experience. My only addition suggestion would be to see if the course could be endorsed by a professional body, preferably the ICF. Perhaps something to look at. Thank you so much Oxbridge.

They have responded reply promptly to my request and the feedback they give on assignments have always been thoughtful, personalised and consequently helpful. The only thing it lacks is a field course so I did that myself! Would thoroughly recommend this way of learning and this organisation especially the tutor team Penny Emma and Stephen
