My tutor was attentive, encouraging, responsive, kind and went above and beyond when I couldn't figure out some technical issues. Feedback was thoughtful and timely and has helped me in my counselling practice. The essay questions made me research things that I needed to knows I am really grateful for these prompts.

United Kingdom | 15 April 2024Disgusting ableist company. I spent £2,100 on three courses a couple years ago (I am 21, that was nearly all of my savings at the time). I received an ADHD diagnosis during the courses which I sent on to them. Immediately, all communication from them stopped. I couldn’t contact my tutors, I called in constantly to get updates and they would always apologise and say they’d sort it but nothing would happen. They promised from the start they had a good team to help with learning difficulties and that the tutors would create a study plan with me but none of that happened and I got pushed to the side the second they found out I might be more work. They did not give me the service they promised despite the fortune I spent on it. I heard back with a couple emails from tutors 5 months after my diagnosis (and after desperate calls and emails to the help desk) by which time I was at the end of the dedicated course time. I could not complete the courses due to this so came out with no qualifications, no savings and a depressive spiral that i fell down for the preceding months. As if dealing with a damning life long mental illness wasn’t hard enough anyway, I got shunned because of it. Now that I have recovered from the kick to my mental health I will be looking into options to take action against the company. Absolutely disgusting do not give your money to this scam of a company. Friends and family have asked me constantly how the a levels have been going since and I can’t even bring myself to talk about it to them. Reply to the oxbridge learning response: Your need to protect your company’s image does not change my experience of it. I do not have your tutors anymore as I could not afford a course extension especially when you were not providing what you promised for the money in the first place. Do not invalidate my experience and mistreatment whilst saying ‘respectfully’; that is contradictory. I think I know how you treat someone with special needs considering I am the target market. Your tutors obviously are not equipped to handle special needs students as they simply did not in the whole two years I was studying with you. Respectfully, you weren’t there.

United Kingdom | 13 April 2024Avoid don’t waste your money, unlimited support is misleading, there is none and you do not get to speak to the people giving feedback on your work and your tutor is not familiar with you subject. If you complain they become even more unhelpful. They give no support in regards to personal circumstances, learning support or barriers you may have to learning. I have spent hundreds of pounds in a course that I’m basically going to fail as I’m told I have to teach myself.
