The tanker arrived at about 6am, and it was only by chance I was up at that time. Very early starts should be notified the day before. Otherwise, the all round service was excellent.

When I ordered the oil on line all very good. The problem was the delay of the delivery. It took nearly 2 weeks for delivery of the oil. By this time I was nearly out of oil. It is not like Goff so very disappointed. Also trying to get through on the phone is a joke.

Totally forgot that oil was to be delivered, went out and didn’t leave the garden gate open. When I returned to find a message from Goff that they had been unable to deliver, I rang their office to apologise. Excellent service, they rescheduled for 2 days later.
