The driver provided excellent service. He was very friendly and helpful and tidy too. Delivery was very quick. Regretably he had not been given the agreed instruction to call an hour ahead so we could get to premises. As we not there on his arrival he used his initiative and called us and we agreed a time giving us time to get there.

I had to wait 14 days for my delivery which was even a day later, than the date given. I did not pay extra for an emergency delivery as it was not essential but frankly waiting 14 days is not acceptable, particularly in February when weather conditions could have affected my consumption. To make matters worse, as I was getting concerned, I tried contacting Customer Services. I was met with a curt message (automated of course), telling me that they couldn’t tell me when my oil was likely to be delivered. This is not a Customer Service ! I will be looking for a cheaper and faster supplier next time.

Once again, after having ordered the delivery on 5th February almost three weeks in advance (and paying for it) the given date of 21st February was cancelled because "the lorry broke down". This is not the first time this has happened - the excuse being the same. Shall not be using them again.

The amount of oil did not register as I would have expected 500litres to register I am left thinking I did not receive the amount of oil I paid for

Everything went well; we were texted to remind us to unlock the tank the day before as requested and the oil delivered on the agreed date. The one issue was that, as the driver only had a partial address - the house name was missing on his delivery sheet - he had to phone us for directions to the house.
