It was a few weeks before delivery was made,due to time of year. But you took the money from day one, when I consider payment should be taken from date of delivery.

Driver was polite and very careful in the garden. Delivered a day late due to driver illness but I was kept informed at all times.

My oil delivery was not made on the agreed date, despite email confirmation and two verbal confirmations from Goff Customer Services on the day - appalling. As I was going on holiday early the next day, I had no choice but to reduce my central heating temperatures, because their delay meant I might otherwise run out of oil. Not great as Goff could not explain why this happened; hopefully on my return I will finally receive my oil delivery some three plus weeks after paying for it. Not happy at all, especially as I got up for a possible 6.30 am delivery!
