First delivery never actually arrived with an excuse of blocked access which there never was as the lorry was leaving as we pulled up . Goff never responded to the complaint i put in via the website re the customer service i had over this issue. When delivery did arrive it was fine and driver very personable .

Delivery was made by one of your drivers who had been before, friendly, and order arrived two days before expected. Great, as was really low in tank.

STRAIGHT FORWARD , QUICK TIDY AND POLITE

Paid extra for express delivery and failed to deliver by that date. Delivered 3 days late and subsequently ran out of oil a few hours before delivery arrived. Paid £25 for express delivery and £75 for plumber to bleed air lock, so we could restart the boiler - company ignoring e mails regarding this. Normally have great service from Goff - What's happened??

An early delivery was scheduled, the driver called ahead to confirm on the day, he quickly filled the tank to avoid road congestion. A good service Thankyou

Agreed a 10 day window, giving Goff plenty of flexibility to deliver. On 10th day still no delivery. Plenty of other suppliers.

Oil delivered by due date, realised I had under ordered and (as has been done before by yourselves) so asked the driver if he could top up with another 500 litres, he checked with the office but, despite having surplus, was not allowed to. Not a big problem, have ordered a further 500 l from you, but thought it a bit short sighted since delivery distance, time and fuel would h E been saved. Other than that all fine.

Owing to a broken tanker the delivery was cancelled initially, however it was still delivered within the timeframe which was good. It would have been nice to have been notified about the on going delay just to put mind at rest. Would still greatly recommend them though.

Have been using Goff for 6 years now really good service. We did wait nearly 3 weeks for our oil to be delivered which is unusual it normally comes within a few days to a week.
