Delivered on time. No mess. No problems!

Lack of planning at office level. Tanker came three days in a week to same road. We were told a 17 day wait for delivery, and given incorrect information about delivery and payment.

Needed oil fairly quickly Goff delivered inside their time frame. No fuss delivery

I paid extra for the oil to be delivered within five days, I received a text to say it would be delivered and I had no delivery with no explanation. I contacted them to ask when it would be delivered and I had a response the following day saying there must have been a problem and they would let me know when it would be re-delivered. I responded asking when this would be because by now I had turned my heating off and I have two small children and nobody replied. I filled out an online customer service form and again I had no response, the phone went straight to voicemail even though it says they are open at the weekend. The oil was finally delivered three days later but nobody ever responded to my emails, I had to email again to ask if I would get my delivery money back to which they responded that I would. Absolutely awful customer service, I was really disappointed (and cold) and I will never be using this company again.

Lack of internal communication resulted in the delivery driver being unable to access the oil tank. Someone was supposed to inform me of the proposed delivery slot so that a gate could be unlocked. This did not happen resulting in a revisit. This was the first time using Goff, the main reason I used Goff was based on price. Other oil delivery companies I have used get the driver to communicate directly with the customer. Maybe Goff could consider this.

I obviously ordered my oil late and spent two very miserable days and nights without heating, not nice.
