Very helpful getting Tx prior to delivery….what would be even better would be if we could have a 3hour delivery window on delivery day to save staying in!

They fail to deliver and theb don't let you know theyre not coming. When you phone up to enquire, they trot out bare faced lies. "There were cars everywhere, we couldn't find somewhere to stop".... Where I live is a small quiet village. I work from home, I was looking out for them, there are literally no cars near by. When you politely, point out and challenge this nonsense, they hang up on you... poorly trained rude staff and very poor communication. Quick to take your money though!

The oil delivery was fine - good price and delivered within the time frame. Lovely and will purchase again. What I didn’t appreciate was a sarcastic message left on the receipt -‘Thanks for the Dog Mess.’ There was a few small bits of dog poo on the gravel in front of the tank but my dogs are very small and consequently so is their poo! I’m sorry if your delivery driver accidentally stepped in some but most of the gravel is empty of anything. It was an obnoxious message and I would prefer that driver not to deliver here again.

Oil was competitively priced and delivered ahead of time. Ordering online was easy and the whole process went very smoothly.

The delivery was late. When I phoned up - customer services gave the most fake insincere apology. When I raised this I was interrupted. When I raised my voice to say please don't interrupt me, I was told 'I'm terminating this call as you have raised your voice' I'm disgusted by your service frankly! You knew that wholesale prices were coming right down and waited as long as you could for my delivery - longer in fact as it was late!

Having trust in a company to deliver heating oil at your premises and show respect for the property without having to be at home is a massive positive,big well done to the delivery drivers who make it happen.

After getting several texts telling me when it will be delivered. I didn't get one confirming delvery, (I'm assuming it was). This was for my Dad, who is in hospital, I live an hour away.

I have a d/d with Goff as I find it simpler to have a monthly budget of £100. If I need to have a large order of oil I phone when new delivery required. I have found the staff incredibly helpful. I usually receive a text advising the oil will arrive in 10days; I have used Goff for 2yrs now & they have never gone above 5days. The oil is generally delivered within 3/4days of making order. Excellent service & reason I continue to return. I have used other providers over the last 12yrs, with Goff I know immediately how much I am paying per litre, some other suppliers don't provide this information. Nor do they enable the opportunity to pay in advance; this last bill was almost £900. Not everyone has that to hand. Instead it cost me just over £450 as I'd built up sufficient in my account. Overall, I feel confident with Goff, I know how much I'm paying per litre & they tell me when they will be at my home.

As a regular customer, the service was one to which I have become accustomed to. No frills, they show up when they say they would.
