The heating oil arrived very late. It was supposed to be delivered within 10 days, but it took 13 days instead. With temperatures below freezing, my family had no heating or hot water, and everyone got sick. Calling your service didn’t help at all. Moreover, the delay caused my entire heating system to break down, and it still hasn’t been repaired to this day. I am extremely upset and will never use your service again.

Delivery date promised upon order not fulfilled. Delivery rescheduled for three days later and made on the revised date. Later delivery did not cause any problem as such. Delivery driver was pleasant and professional.

Ordered online in the end ... was in a queue on the phone for 45min and then the queue got "stuck" at position 3 for a further 15minutes ... I then gave up waiting. Was around Christmas/New Year so perhaps low on staff (holidays) Fuel was however delivered quickly and at a good price.

Ordered 500, only room for 460, refund arrived in bank acc within 2 days. No quibbles
